Professional Experience and Representative Matters

Selcuk Erdogan is a partner at Minsk-Ketenci, and Moscow-Ketenci Offices. His legal practice covers public and private M&A;, corporate governance and corporate finance. He has been counselling local and international clients on corporate and finance law and advising senior executives on sensitive issues arising in these areas. He is an experienced litigator in complex, large-value cross-border commercial and investment related disputes. He holds two separate degrees in Economics and Law and he previously taught at Borsa Istanbul, the Association of Capital Market Intermediary Institutions of Turkey and various Turkish banks on valuation matters. He works closely with Borsa Istanbul as a representative of Ketenci Law Firm, an official program partner of Borsa Istanbul in Belarus, Russia and Azerbaijan.
He is an active Board Member of Turkey-Belarus Business Council at DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey). He is also a Deputy Chairman of Turkey-Moldova Business Council and Board Member of Turkey-Ukraine Business Council at DEIK.
