Emrah Pamuk’s practice primarily focuses on debt collection through the unique Turkish executive proceedings legal system and bankruptcy. Litigation is also a part of his practice to the extent it is necessitated by executive proceedings, which involves criminal proceedings within this context.

Bankruptcy and suspension of bankruptcy are also incorporated into his practice as this legal field is closely associated with executive proceedings.
